This recipe is the best recipe I've ever used! I've been making cheoreg for 44 years off and on from the time I was 13.My sister who I lived with was married toAn Armeinian by the name Haig. She got her recipie from his mom. After I left, she couldn't or would share the recipe and I couldn't remember the exact amount ratios. No one in the family knew it and all got bread that fell awfully short and lacking.Until I found your recipie! Now my family once again marvels at the perfection that is Armenian cheoreg! Your tips or perfect yeast prep also makes this bread come out heavy but much fluffier? Thank you again.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12359724426215360122noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1252192989183092655.post-22364398640066467832017-04-20T16:19:30.119-04:002017-04-20T16:19:30.119-04:00Hi Louise!

Also, it can be quite elastic and somewhat diffI cult to braid but my mom told be that it's normal too! Anyway, they turned out delicious. If you saran wrap them well you can also freeze some to enjoy later:)Bites of Sweetnesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14217014589987523254noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1252192989183092655.post-44466575168339695992017-04-19T15:36:37.215-04:002017-04-19T15:36:37.215-04:00I am making this as I write. So glad I've found yours although at the mixing the dough was so wet that I added 4 more cups of flour! I shorted the pre-measure! Turned out great after that! Thanks again.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12359724426215360122noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1252192989183092655.post-43911367463375541062012-04-07T17:31:23.089-04:002012-04-07T17:31:23.089-04:00Thanks Sue!
